Cyprowealth – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Cyprowealth’s financial advisory, wealth‑management, and real estate services. By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Scope of Services

Cyprowealth provides:

  • Financial advisory and wealth‑planning services

  • Real estate investment guidance and property acquisition support

  • Residency and citizenship‑by‑investment advisory

  • Compliance assistance (KYC/AML)

  • Market research and investment analysis

We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice unless explicitly stated.

 

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements

  • Cooperate with KYC/AML verification

  • Use Cyprowealth services for lawful purposes only

Failure to provide required documentation may delay or prevent service delivery.

 

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Cyprowealth provides advisory services based on expertise and available information. We do not guarantee:

  • Investment returns

  • Approval of residency or citizenship applications

  • Property appreciation

  • Regulatory outcomes

All investment and immigration decisions remain the client’s responsibility.

 

4. Fees and Payments

Fees for services will be communicated in writing. Clients agree to:

  • Pay fees on time

  • Cover third‑party costs (government fees, legal fees, property fees, etc.)

  • Accept that fees may be non‑refundable depending on the service

 

5. Third‑Party Services

Cyprowealth may collaborate with third‑party providers. We are not responsible for:

  • Their actions or omissions

  • Delays or errors caused by third parties

  • Decisions made by government authorities or financial institutions

 

6. Limitation of Liability

Cyprowealth is not liable for:

  • Financial losses

  • Market fluctuations

  • Regulatory changes

  • Delays caused by third parties or government bodies

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Cyprus law.

 

7. Confidentiality

Cyprowealth maintains strict confidentiality of all client information, except where disclosure is required by law or regulatory authorities.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, materials, and documentation provided by Cyprowealth remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written consent.

 

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Cyprowealth may terminate services immediately if:

  • Fraud is suspected

  • Documentation is falsified

  • Compliance obligations are not met

Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.
